TOURNAMENT/ROUND ROBIN INFORMATION
(TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE is listed below the policy and rules information.)
Round Robin and Special Tournament Payment Policy - All teams are required to have a credit card on file with the Slo-Pitch City business office to guarantee payment of round robins, as well as special tournaments, and to cover any forfeit fees. We accept cash, company checks, and all major credit cards for payment on the day of play. If a team must drop out of a round robin or special tournament, it must do so before 5:00pm the Thursday immediately preceding the weekend that the team is signed up for. If your team drops out after 5:00pm on Thursday, the manager/credit cardholder is still responsible for full payment of the round robin or special tournament, and the credit card on file will be charged. If a team signs up for a round robin or special tournament after 5:00pm on the preceding Thursday, there is no dropping out without penalty of full payment, and the credit card on file will be charged that amount. Also, if a team is a "no-show," the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the round robin or special tournament. Note: If it is a FREE tournament, you must still pay a $50. penalty if your team drops out after 5:00pm , Thursday, or is a "no-show". This amount will be charged to your credit card.
Park Rules - Your team manager is expected to read the Slo-Pitch City Handbook so that your team, and your team's spectators are fully aware of all park rules. The rules are also posted outside the day office, as well as inside the park next to the league schedules.
We, at Slo-Pitch City, would like playing at our park to be a pleasant experience for everyone. Following the rules will certainly help toward making that possible. We appreciate your patronage, and look forward to a fun year.

The owner, management, and employees are not responsible for any injuries. |
|
No alcohol or illegal drugs shall be brought onto the premises. |
|
No weapons or firearms shall be brought onto the premises. |
|
No pets (other than seeing eye dogs) are permitted on the premises. |
|
No bicycles, roller blades, nor skateboards on the premises. |
|
No coolers, nor drinks, shall be brought onto the premises. |
|
No food nor snacks of any kind may be brought onto the premises. |
|
For safety concerns, all children must be supervised. |

Thursday Nite Round Robins:
Men's "D/E", Men's "B/C"
$75. + umps for 3 or 4 games
(The number of games played depends upon the number of teams signed up, which determines how to best set up the brackets.)
Each team must also pay a $35. sanction fee, if not yet sanctioned for the calendar year.
All softballs must be purchased from Slo-Pitch City.
Saturday Round Robins:
Men's "D/E", Men's "B/C", Coed, and Women's teams every Saturday, with early games starting at 11:00am or 12:00noon; in the evening, first games usually starting at 4:00pm, 5:00pm, or 6:00pm.
3 Games, $130. (includes umpire fees), or 4 Games, $155. (includes umpire fees), or 5 Games, $185. (includes umpire fees). (The number of games played depends upon the number of teams signed up, which determines how to best set up the brackets.) Each team must also pay a $35. sanction fee if not yet sanctioned for the calendar year. All softballs must be purchased from Slo-Pitch City.
TOURNAMENTS,

Everyone 16 years of age and older must purchase a $5.00 all day pass at
the front gate for all the following tournaments.
All softballs must be purchased

Slo-Pitch City is the first private softball complex built in the state
of Texas. Located in Houston, it is a four-field complex offering adult
softball leagues and tournaments. All fields are fully lighted for night
games. A full concession is conveniently located in the center of the
